functional fitness 60'
A unique strength and conditioning program using a broad array of functional movements in order to produce unparalleled fitness across all measures. Suitable for all levels.
gymnastics 60'
These classes are focused around improving gymnastics skills and strength. This program is cyclical and focuses around specific gymnastic movements for cycles of 6 weeks. High level, gymnastic coaches will lead you through these sessions and you'll see progression across movements such as pull ups, handstands, muscle-ups, front and back levers, core strength and many more.
weightlifting 60'
Centred around the 2 Olympic lifts, Snatch and Clean and Jerk, these classes are progressive and involve detailed coaching on the techniques and steps needed to excel in this discipline. Testing your coordination, power and strength Olympic lifting is an incredible tool to increase your fitness and with the our coaching you’ll see progression fast.
